I cannot see the 3-D models when I try to view them in a web page. What is going on?

You will need to have an appropriate plug-in to enable the models to display in 3D. To check if you have an appropriate plugin (and obtain one if you haven't), click here.

Lost your licence key

If you have lost your licence key then e-mail us and we shall send you a replacement.

Reporting problems

Church Builder undergoes continual development. Try as we may, bugs will creep in and cause problems.

If you have found a problem with Church Builder, we would like to hear about it! Please send us an e_mail that describes your problem. It would really help if you could attach the church model that caused you to notice the problem. Church Builder models are saved in separate folders so all you need to do is compress the folder and attach it to your e-mail. Please rename the compressed folder as model.bin to get past our firewall into a safe, quarantined area.
